We do not staff a phone line or a physical support desk, so we will not pretend to; email and our community Discord are the real channels, and we answer through both.

What to expect
- A real reply, not a ticket robot. A person on the desk reads what you send. We aim to answer within a few business days; genuine corrections jump the queue.
- Corrections get fixed in public. If you flag a factual error and you are right, we change the page and update its "Updated" date. See our editorial standards.
- We will tell you what we are. This is a disclosed first-party comparison site (details below), so we will never pose as an independent arbiter when you write in.
- No support for the apps themselves. We review platforms; we cannot reset your Candy AI password or refund a Replika subscription. For account issues, contact that platform directly.
